- Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Nursing, Master’s degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Nursing Division Head/ Nursing Development Departement Head, with certification in Leadership Training and Nursing Management Administration.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Honest, ethical, hardworking, and effective in both oral and written communication.
- Capable of working both as part of a team and independently.
- Skilled in providing good analysis and presentations.
